1. About these terms

These terms apply to shashankthigale.com and to the Framer templates and components I sell. The business is run by Shashank Manish Thigale, a sole proprietor in Pune, Maharashtra, India ("I", "me"). By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.

2. Using this website

The content here is general information about my services and products. I try to keep it accurate and current but can't guarantee it is free of errors. Links to other sites are for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content.

3. Buying templates and components

• Checkout is run by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), the merchant of record and reseller. Polar's buyer terms apply to the payment, tax and invoice.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Polar calculates and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout.
• After payment you receive a link that copies the template into your Framer account or adds the component to a Framer project.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

4. License

• Standard license: use the template for one website, for yourself or for one client.
• Unlimited sites license: use the template for any number of websites for yourself and your clients. The All-Access Pass includes it for every template.
• Components: use them in any number of your own or client projects.
• You may edit everything freely. You may not resell, share, give away or redistribute the template, the component or its link, or offer it as part of a template or component marketplace.
• The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. I keep the copyright in the templates and components; you own the content you add.

5. Demo content and third-party material

Demo sites use fictional businesses. Names, reviews, ratings, statistics and photos shown in a demo are placeholders, not real customers or results, and you must replace them with your own before publishing. Demo photos come from Unsplash and fonts from open-license or free sources, each under its own license. The people in demo photos are models, not patients or customers, so don't present them as such.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the website you build: its content, your own privacy policy and form consent, and the laws that apply to your business, such as rules on medical or health advertising, consumer protection and data protection. A template is a starting point, not legal or professional advice.

7. Framer

Templates and components run on Framer, a third-party platform with its own terms and pricing. If Framer changes in a way that affects a product, I will make reasonable efforts to update it, but I can't guarantee compatibility with every future Framer change.

8. Support

I help with problems in the product as delivered, by email at info@shashankthigale.com. Customizing a template for you is a separate paid service.

9. Client projects

Website and development projects, including the template setup service, are governed by the written quote or agreement for that project. They are paid by PayPal invoice; for setup packages, 50% books your slot and 50% is due before the site is published. If a quote conflicts with these terms, the quote wins.

10. This website's content

The text, design and images on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy them without permission. Framer is a trademark of Framer B.V.; I am an independent creator and not affiliated with Framer.

11. Warranty and liability

Products are provided as described on their listing. To the extent the law allows, I give no other warranties, and my total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

13. Changes and contact

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you bought a product applies to that purchase. Questions: info@shashankthigale.com.
